End bitter days of Labour, Carwyn Jones tells conference

First Minister Carwyn Jones has called on Labour party members to put aside their differences and unite following Jeremy Corbyn's re-election as leader.

In his speech to the party conference in Liverpool on Sunday, he said Labour had "no hope of creating an open, tolerant country if we cannot first do the same for our own party".

He added no members wanted to live through more "bitter days" for the party and said the only threat it should present was to the Conservative government.

He also spoke of Labour's record in government in Wales and outlined details of its five-year plan.
