Rejected petitions: T plates, bike bans and Welsh pound

New plans could see petitions that gather thousands of signatures automatically debated by the Welsh Assembly.

As it stands, those with more than 10 signatures are considered by the petitions committee but often go no further.

But those deemed "inadmissible" - due to them asking for action outside the Welsh Government's control, among other reasons - do not even make it that far.
