Wales 'could lead way' in flexible working for mothers

Wales could lead the way in promoting more flexible working hours for mothers, according to the chief executive of gender equality charity Chwarae Teg.

The latest figures show 44% of working women in Wales are part-time, compared to 13% of men.

Some businesses are now trying to adapt to cater for what has been described as the nation's biggest "untapped resource".
