Grass fires 'delay response to other serious incidents'
Fire crews across Wales continue to be called to grass fires following a busy weekend.
South Wales Fire and Rescue Service said it had attended 16 grass fires since 18:00 BST on Sunday.
They include two separate incidents at Tylorstown, in Rhondda Cynon Taff, at 05:30 and 05:45 on Monday.
North Wales Fire and Rescue Service said it was monitoring the mountain at Llantysilio, Denbighshire, after a fire broke out.
Vaughan Jenkins, group manager at South Wales Fire and Rescue Service, said crews tied up tackling grass fires were then delayed getting to other more serious incidents.
