'Never going to be simple elections' - Welsh Lib Dems

Baroness Jenny Randerson said the local elections were never going to be easy for the Welsh Liberal Democrats - it was about rebuilding the party.

By early afternoon, as results were coming in, the party had just over 50 seats across Wales and did not control any council.
