Welsh Tories: 'Hard work paid off' in local elections

The Welsh Conservative leader Andrew RT Davies says the hard work has paid off in the local elections in Wales.

He said there had been seats gained in the Vale of Glamorgan, Bridgend, Cardiff and Wrexham.
