'More to do' to stop Welsh NHS complaints, ombudsman says

Complaints about the health service in Wales are a continuing cause for concern, Wales' public services watchdog has warned.

The ombudsman Nick Bennett said the NHS now accounts for 38% of his case workload - with an 8% rise in complaints in the last year.

Mr Bennett said his office received an "awful lot of voices from across Wales from people dissatisfied with public services".
