Andrew RT Davies on health opportunities after Brexit

The Welsh Conservatives leader said it was "vital" the NHS could recruit and retain staff after Brexit.

Andrew RT Davies said there were "big opportunities" after Britain leaves the European Union - and that could apply to the health service too.

He was responding to a health policy academic who warned a "hard" Brexit or no deal could be catastrophic for the NHS in Wales.
