'I could've recovered from anorexia sooner'

A woman has described her long road to recovery from an eating disorder.

Jordan Holt, 23, from Penarth, Vale of Glamorgan, said she was offered a weight management plan when she was diagnosed with anorexia at 16. But it did not work.

It was only when she had therapy as an adult that she started to recover.
