The distinctive Arriva Trains Wales rolling stock will soon be a thing of the past after a deal was signed to oversee the railways.
Revealing its plans for Wales and Borders rail services, KeolisAmey promised to spend £800m on new trains and to increase capacity by two-thirds.
About 95% of journeys will be on the new trains within five years.
