Covid: 'I'm very glad' GCSE and A-level exams cancelled
School pupils have given a mixed response to the scrapping of GCSE and A-level exams in Wales next year.
Grades for those qualifications in 2021 are to be based on classroom assessments instead.
Those assessments will be done under teacher supervision and will begin in the second half of the spring term.
They will be externally set and marked, but delivered within the classroom.
