Flooding: Heavy rain causes travel chaos across south Wales

Heavy rain has brought travel chaos to parts of south Wales, with road and rail closures.

Cardiff, the Vale of Glamorgan, Newport, Bridgend and Monmouthshire were the worst affected.

Several flood warnings have been issued, with a yellow weather warning in force for rain until the early hours of Christmas Eve.
