Welsh election: Welsh Lib Dems promise £1bn for the environment
The Welsh Liberal Democrats have pledged to spend £1bn a year tackling the "climate emergency."
Speaking on the day of the party’s Senedd election campaign launch, Jane Dodds told BBC Wales’ political editor Felicity Evans she was “not looking at any cuts” to fund this.
The party leader said she would be looking for investment from private and public sources.
“The planet needs our help right now,” Ms Dodds said.
