Waterspout appears off west Wales coast

A waterspout has appeared off the coast of west Wales.

It was spotted by Laura Strong and her family in Talybont, Ceredigion.

Waterspouts are not uncommon and they occur when a tornado forms over oceans, rivers or lakes.
