CCTV captures moment man is hit by speeding driver in Cwmbran

Jake Harris is lucky to be alive, police tell him.

He was hit by a car that crashed into a wall at 60mph (100km/h).

It was then the job of Gwent Police's crash detectives to piece together exactly what happened to Mr Harris, from Cwmbran, Torfaen.

Months after the crash, Jake met the man who hit him and told him he was forgiven.
