Emiliano Sala: David Henderson leaves court for 18-month sentence

The organiser of a flight which killed Argentine footballer Emiliano Sala and pilot David Ibbotson will face 18 months in prison.

David Henderson pleaded guilty to recklessly endangering the safety of an aircraft and admitted a charge of trying to arrange a flight for a passenger without permission or authorisation.

Sala and the pilot, whose body was never found, died in January 2019 in a crash in the English Channel.
