Covid: Paramedic says violent attacks getting worse

Violent attacks on emergency workers are "getting worse", a paramedic said.

Incidents include a worker being spat on as she helped somebody hurt in Cardiff city centre.

Another was assaulted after being called to help a man unconscious in a Bridgend supermarket.

It comes as new figures show there are eight assaults on emergency workers every day on average.
