Heatwave: Rivers and reservoirs across Wales dry up
These were the scenes as an amber warning of heat continued in parts of Wales until Sunday.
The Met Office issued its highest alert for fire severity over the weekend.
It comes as an official drought has been declared in parts of south-west England, parts of southern and central England, and the east of England.
Meanwhile, millions of people face hosepipe bans as low-water levels and tinder-dry conditions continue across the UK.
