NHS in Wales: Shoppers respond to Eluned Morgan comments

Health Minister Eluned Morgan has suggested people had a duty to stay healthy for the sake of the NHS in Wales.

The Welsh government health minister said if people did not change their behaviour, the NHS might offer fewer services.

People in Cardiff city centre were asked if they agreed with Ms Morgan.
