Disabled woman tries 1,000 times for wheelchair concert tickets

A disabled woman has spoken out about the difficulties of securing concert tickets as a wheelchair user.

Kat Watkins from Swansea has active social life, enjoying live sport and music events.

But as a full-time wheelchair user, she says the system for securing tickets can be "frustrating".

She can't book tickets online and instead needs to call the box office watching Ed Sheeran took 1,000 phone calls.
