Barry: Rare black fox found after two week search

A rare black fox seen roaming the streets of a town for two weeks has been rescued.

Black Foxes UK began receiving numerous reports of an abandoned fox in Barry, Vale of Glamorgan, on 8 April.

It was found on 24 April and has been found a home at a secure facility.

The species are not native to the wild in the UK, but domesticated and kept as exotic pets.
