Cardiff riot: CCTV appears to show police following people minutes before crash

CCTV footage appears to show a police van following two people on a bike in Ely, Cardiff.

It was apparently taken minutes before a crash in which two teenagers died.

BBC Verify has established the location is 900m away from the site of the suspected crash.

South Wales Police have been approached for comment.
