Life's better without drink, says teetotal teacher

A drama teacher has spoken about how her life has improved since she stopped drinking alcohol.

Emily Power decided she wanted to give up in 2021 after starting as a teenager.

The 28-year-old, from Cardiff, said she now felt more happy and healthy than she had before.

“Sobriety has changed my life for the better in every way,” Ms Power said.
