First minister to be chosen by small number of people

Who will be the next Welsh Labour leader?

We should known whether it is Jeremy Miles or Vaughan Gething by the middle of March, and whoever wins will also succeed Mark Drakeford as first minister.

But only a small number of Wales' population will actually get to vote.
