'We've been waiting 40 years for Newtown bypass'

Newtown Chamber of Trade chair, Mary Tudor, says the town has been waiting 40 years for a bypass.

Her comments come as a consultation gets under way on plans for a preferred route of the bypass which could save the project £5m.
