Glasdir flooding: Blockage blame in Ruthin, Denbighshire
Flooding at a new Denbighshire housing development in Ruthin was partly down to blocked culverts, according to an Environment Agency investigation.
The Glasdir estate was badly affected when the River Clwyd burst its banks in the town in November.
More than 100 homes on the new estate were hit by the surge of water.
Meic Davies from the agency said they would now be working with other bodies, including Denbighshire council, to ensure there is no repeat of the flooding.
