Plaid Cymru leader: Great opportunity to rebalance power

Wales now has a "great opportunity" to rebalance "powers and finance" in the UK, Plaid Cymru's leader has said, ahead of her party's conference later.

Leanne Wood told BBC Breakfast that the Westminster system was "broken" and people were "fed up" with being neglected by Westminster politicians.

"Wales has paid so much into the UK pot in the past, it's time for us now to get back what we're owed," she added.
