Wales 'could be independent in 20 years', says Plaid Cymru
Leanne Wood, leader of Plaid Cymru, has predicted Wales could be independent within a generation.
She told her party to capitalise on the momentum from the Scottish referendum to rebalance power and wealth within the UK.
