Ed Miliband: Labour to govern 'without fear or favour'

Ed Miliband has promised not to back down in his campaign against tax avoidance.

The Labour leader told the Welsh Labour conference that the rich should play by the same rules as the poor.

He also said a Labour government would investigate how effectively Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs deals with issues of tax avoidance.

Mr Miliband accused the prime minister of "turning a blind eye" to the issue.
