Tory cuts 'devastating' for Wales, says Ed Miliband

Labour leader Ed Miliband has said planned Tory spending cuts would be "devastating" for Welsh government funding.

Speaking at Cardiff's Millennium Stadium on Thursday, he said Chancellor George Osborne's Budget would "bring public services to their knees".

Mr Miliband told Welsh voters the only two possible outcomes at the general election were a Labour or a Tory government.
