PMQs: Cameron and Miliband on TV election debate plans

Ed Miliband asked the prime minister when he "lost his nerve" over the planned TV election debates.

David Cameron called for one on 23 March, but joked it should be between him and Alex Salmond as he suggested Labour could not win without the SNP.
