Welsh Lib Dem leader Kirsty Williams says no deal ruled out
Welsh Liberal Democrat leader Kirsty Williams said she would not rule out an assembly coalition - even with the Tories - despite the voters' backlash against its record at Westminster.
Speaking in Cardiff Bay, she said being free from "the shackles" of a UK coalition government had given her a "strong sense of liberation".
Ms Williams said that even with just five members in the Welsh assembly, the Lib Dems had achieved a lot.
She said they would work with anyone prepared to support their "positive vision for Wales".
