Welsh budget: Investing in services that 'matter most'
The Welsh budget includes more money for health, education and the public services that matter most to people, Finance Minister Jane Hutt has said.
The NHS is getting an extra £290m, a rise of more than 4%, but local government faces a cut of £88m, almost 2% of its funding.
Ms Hutt said ministers had listened to people and organisations across Wales while setting their priorities.
