EU referendum: Terms of trade debated by campaigners
Campaigners for and against UK membership of the EU have disputed which would be the better option for people in Wales as the debate steps up a gear.
David Cameron has called a referendum for 23 June, after negotiating a deal in Brussels which gives Britain the right to restrict EU migrants' benefits and to be excused from taking part in "ever-closer union".
Leave.EU chief executive Liz Bilney told BBC Wales that UK payments to the EU budget of £55m a day could be better spent on British schools and hospitals.
AM Eluned Parrott, speaking for Britain Stronger in Europe, hailed EU membership for delivering benefits such as cheaper food, air fares and mobile phone charges.
Debating the arguments on the BBC's Sunday Politics Wales programme, they disagreed on which option would be best for UK trade.
