Carwyn Jones says single market access absolutely fundamental

Access to the European Union's single market is "absolutely fundamental" following Brexit, Carwyn Jones has said.

But Mr Jones told a press conference that anything "beyond that" was negotiable.

He also announced the Welsh Government has recruited officials to represent Wales in EU negotiations.
