Devolution debate as Wales Bill returns to Parliament

MPs will debate giving further power to Cardiff Bay as the Wales Bill returns to the House of Commons on Monday.

It gives the assembly scope to change rates of income tax, and more say over energy, transport and its own elections.

While the UK government has said it wants to "settle the debate" on devolution for a generation, there could be some way to go yet, as BBC Wales parliamentary correspondent David Cornock reports.
