Plaid Cymru 'cannot condone bullying at any time'

The chairman of Plaid Cymru has said bullying cannot be condoned after a tribunal suspended one of the party's AMs from being a Cardiff councillor for one month.

The Adjudication Panel for Wales found a comment made by Mr McEvoy amounted to "bullying behaviour".

He represents the ward of Fairwater and serves as a South Wales Central AM,

Chairman Alun Ffred Jones said the matter was "serious".
