Manchester attack: Alien, cruel and hateful, Carwyn Jones says

Wales' first minister Carwyn Jones has condemned those responsible for the explosion in Manchester which has left 22 people dead.

In a statement to the Senedd on Tuesday, he said it was a "particular form of cruelty" to attack young people leaving a pop concert in the city.

Mr Jones said it was "difficult to imagine an act more appalling and more senseless".
