Cannabis users urged to break law in Parliament by MP Flynn

A Labour MP has called on campaigners who want soft drugs legalised to come to Parliament and break the law.

Newport West member Paul Flynn told a Westminster debate on drugs policy of one occasion on which he had probably done so himself.

He said he had helped a writer and TV producer suffering from multiple sclerosis make a cup of cannabis tea on the House of Commons terrace.
