Oxfam Cymru calls for support for refugee communities

Refugees and asylum seekers in Wales need to be better supported by public services, a charity has said.

Oxfam Cymru said these communities are more likely to experience poverty as the qualifications and work experience of those who are granted leave are often not recognised.

The Welsh Government said it is working to ensure Wales plays its "full part" in responding to the crisis.

Matthew Hemsley, campaigns and advocacy manager at Oxfam Cymru, describes the challenges refugees face.
