Cooking smoke believed to kill two million a year

We usually think of pollution and global warming as being caused by heavy industry. But in developing countries, they are an issue inside the home as well.

The US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton will announce a plan to fight the scourge of toxic smoke from cooking which is believed to kill two million people a year.
