Serbia ten years after Milosevic

Ten years ago today the Serbian and Yugoslav President Slobodan Milosevic was overthrown by a popular uprising.

Hundreds of thousands gathered in Belgrade after what was widely believed to be a stolen election to oust a man who had led his people into wars, diplomatic isolation and economic meltdown.
