Qantas boss says no Mayday on A380

Qantas chief executive Alan Joyce said it is far too soon to know what caused the mid-air engine failure on one of its A380 planes yesterday.

The jumbo was forced to make an emergency landing in Singapore.

Mr Joyce said engineers from Qantas and Rolls Royce would test all A380 engines before the fleet resumed service.
