How would UK cope with an oil spill in the Atlantic?
The final White House report on the Gulf of Mexico oil spill has pinned the blame firmly on a systemic "failure of management" by BP and its partners Transocean and Halliburton.
In the UK a select committee of MPs has decided there should be no suspension of deepwater drilling in British waters but it did raise serious doubts about how companies would cope with an oil spill in the rough waters of the Atlantic.
