'Bad management' led to BP oil spill

BP has been severely criticised in a major report commissioned by President Barack Obama into the Deepwater Horizon rig explosion in the US last year.

Bad management and cost cutting have been blamed for the explosion. Two other companies were also found to be at fault, Transocean and Halliburton.

BP says it has already introduced significant changes to improve safety.
