IAEA: 'Continuing concern' at Japan nuclear plant

Specialist teams in northern Japan are trying to stabilise a nuclear plant where there was an explosion after yesterday's earthquake and tsunami.

But there is concern after a second cooling system on the site failed, and reports that up to 160 people may have been exposed to radiation.

The Director General of the IAEA, Yukiya Amano, explained how Japan's numerous power plants have been affected in the aftermath of the earthquake.
