Fifa president, Sepp Blatter, to face ethics inquiry

Sepp Blatter, the head of the governing body of world football, Fifa, is to be investigated over allegations that he turned a blind eye to bribery.

The claims were made by his rival for the job of Fifa president, Mohamed Bin Hammam, who himself is facing charges of bribery.
