New York Governor Andrew Cuomo: 'Use common sense'

The Governor of New York, Andrew Cuomo, has asked New Yorkers to keep themselves, "safe and use common sense", warning the worst of hurricane Sandy is still to come.

Speaking at a news conference he said, "It seems in our darkest hours is when New Yorkers shine the brightest".
