Dubai rape dispute woman: "I can't wait to see my mum"
A Norwegian woman, who was given a 16-month prison sentence in Dubai after she reported being raped, has been pardoned and told she is free to leave the country.
Marte Deborah Dalelv was on a business trip in Dubai in March when she said she was raped.
She reported the attack to the police, but was charged with having extramarital sex, drinking alcohol and perjury.
She told BBC Radio 5 live's Shelagh Fogarty, "It's just been going on for so long - I'm just so happy I can finally go home. I can't wait to see my mum."
