John Kerry talks with Russian minister to go ahead

High level talks between the US and Russia will go ahead as planned, just two days after President Obama cancelled a meeting with President Putin.

US Secretary of State John Kerry and Defence Secretary Chuck Hagel will meet their Russian counterparts Sergei Lavrov and Sergei Shoigu on Friday.
